Shipping policy
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery times Our products ship from our partner warehouses, mostly located overseas. Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- Canada & United States: 8–15 business days
- Europe, UK, Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays or peak seasons, or because of customs processing.
Multiple packages If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal and doesn't cost you anything extra.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders of $100 CAD or more ship free to Canada and the United States.
Customs & duties International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed packages If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us at support@lumahomedecors.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
