Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every discount code, sale and promotional offer run by Luma, in addition to our Terms of Sale. Where a specific promotion sets out its own terms, those terms apply alongside these and take precedence if the two conflict.

Using a discount code

• Enter your code in the discount field at checkout. Codes can't be applied after an order is placed.
• One code per order. Codes and promotional offers cannot be combined with each other unless a promotion expressly says so.
• Discounts apply to the merchandise subtotal only — before taxes, shipping and any other charges.
• Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash or store credit, and can't be applied to gift card purchases.
• Codes are for personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold, published to coupon sites or otherwise redistributed.

Eligibility and exclusions

Unless a promotion states otherwise, offers exclude gift cards, made-to-order and personalised pieces, and items already marked final sale or clearance. Some brands or collections may be excluded; where that applies it will be stated in the offer.

Timing

Promotions run for a limited time and end at the date and time stated in the offer. To qualify, your order must be completed — payment authorised — before the offer ends. Items sitting in a cart or on a wishlist are not reserved and are not held at a promotional price.

Availability

All promotional offers are subject to stock availability. We may limit quantities per customer or per order, and we are not obliged to supply beyond a stated limit.

Free shipping offers

Where an offer includes free shipping, it applies to standard shipping to eligible Canadian addresses and is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after any discount is applied. Expedited services and surcharges for oversized items or remote addresses are not included unless stated.

Returns on discounted orders

If you return an item bought as part of a promotion, you are refunded the amount you actually paid for it, not its full price. Where a promotion depended on reaching a spend threshold or on buying a set of items, returning part of the order may remove your eligibility for the offer; in that case the value of the benefit is deducted from your refund. Our full return policy otherwise applies.

Price adjustments

We don't retroactively apply a promotion to an order placed before it started, and we don't offer price adjustments on orders placed before a sale begins.

Changes and misuse

We may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. We may cancel an order, void a discount or close an account where we reasonably believe a code has been obtained or used improperly, including through duplicate accounts, bulk ordering for resale, or the use of codes that were published in error.

Errors

If a promotion is published with an incorrect price, discount or description, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order, refunding you in full.
